Whether you're located in the United States or overseas, you can order testing directly through our website and receive the same fast, accurate results.

Currency & Payment
No need to worry about conversion –– our secure checkout system will automatically convert your currency to U.S. dollars (USD) using the current exchange rate.
Simply complete your order as usual, and your payment will process in your local currency. (We use the Stripe Payment System which offers several ways to pay).
Shipping Your Samples
We gladly accept samples from any country as long as your local shipping regulations allow it. Before sending, please check with your postal or customs service to ensure that your samples (such as dried blood spots or feathers for ratites) can legally be mailed out of your country.
Note: Some may ask, your samples are NOT for medical or Diagnostic purposes as we do NOT test for disease.
