• Sample Type:

  • ​Blood on the tip of a coffee filter or printer paper cut into a triangle. Please see our SAMPLING PAGE for instructions and desired amount of blood needed.

  • Feathers with mature quills (plucked fresh from the breast), we need 5+ per bird.

  • Eggshell Membrane: make certain the egg is 100% dry inside before placing in the bag. (or it will mold during shipping and render the sample useless).​​​​​

• ​Turnaround Time: Results are typically back the same day samples are received at the lab. Please allow 48 hours before reaching out about your results. You will receive an email once your samples have been logged into our computer system here at the lab. Please purchase a tracking number for your convenience of knowing when your sample will arrive.
