Our program is geared toward family-owned farms with the possibility to compete in 4H, and aspiring farmers looking to become more self-sufficient through having their own poultry programs.
Our bird of choice, the Silverudd’s Blue is a rare breed of Swedish Heritage that is in the process of conservation. They are a practical bird that have great feed-to lay-production, with around 250 eggs a year.
We breed according to the proposed American SOP and for the preservation of the first import characteristics. Homozygous tested roosters & closed flock!
